The slippers are manufactured, delivered, and sold by ArtsAdd.com. By purchasing the slippers, the customer acknowledges and agrees: (i) to be subject to the terms of service, privacy policy, refund policy, and shipping policy of ArtsAdd.com; and (ii) that Walnut makes no warranties or representations to the customer with respect to the slippers, and disclaims all implied representation and warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality. Walnut shall not be liable for any claims or damages that may arise from the failures, errors, or delays of ArtsAdd.com in connection with the provision of the slippers to the customer.
